BALTIMORE (AP) — Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger has won the Democratic nomination for a fifth term representing Maryland’s 2nd Congressional District.

Five candidates are seeking the Republican nomination for the seat representing parts of Harford and Baltimore counties. The leader in campaign fundraising was Marcelo Cardarelli, a Brooklandville physician whose supporters include former Republican gubernatorial candidate Ellen Sauerbrey.
