(Cockeysville, MD) – Congressman C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger will address more than 200 Democrats from Harford County at the annual Unity Breakfast on Monday morning. This event will also celebrate the life of Jeffrey Plum, a Harford County lawyer and dedicated Democratic supporter who passed away recently. The event benefits the Harford Democratic Central Committee.
