Tell Trump and DeVos: Don’t Weaken Public Education

President Trump’s proposed education budget is indefensible. It’s even drawing criticism from members of his own party. That’s how bad it is.

He wants to cut $10.6 billion from our education budget. He would end funding for after-school programs, teacher training, and programs that support low-income and first-generation college students. He also wants to end federal work study programs.
